One-line installation

Add a single <script> tag to your website. The widget loads asynchronously, so it never slows down your page. No build tools, no npm packages, no framework dependencies. Works with any website — Shopify, WordPress, custom HTML, or single-page applications.

White-label branding

The widget automatically syncs with your brand colors configured in the admin dashboard. Your logo, your colors, your greeting message, your suggestion chips. Customers interact with your brand — they never see the Vectrant name. Full CSS customization is available for Enterprise license holders.

Product cards in chat

When customers ask about products, the AI responds with interactive product cards showing images, prices, specifications, and direct links to your product pages. Cards support sale pricing with crossed-out retail prices, brand badges, and "See it in my room" visualization buttons.

Mobile responsive

The widget adapts to any screen size. On mobile, it expands to a full-screen chat experience with native-feeling touch interactions. On desktop, it appears as a floating window in the corner of the page. Camera capture for room visualization works directly from the mobile widget.

Anonymous and authenticated modes

The widget works for anonymous visitors without any login required — ideal for customer-facing support. For internal use, authenticated mode connects to employee or agent accounts with full access to internal knowledge pipelines and conversation history.

Conversation history

Returning visitors see their previous conversations. Each browser tab gets a fresh session, so customers aren't confused by stale context. Conversation data is persisted server-side and accessible to agents in the dashboard.

Configurable allowed domains

Control exactly which domains can embed your widget. The widget only loads on approved domains, preventing unauthorized use of your AI support system on third-party sites.
