A scheduled task cross-references the leads table against visitor identities. Any lead whose email matches a real customer order — placed at or after the lead-capture moment — gets flipped to status "converted" with the order amount as revenue. CRM webhook fires automatically.

Three-tier attribution

Direct chat: a chat happened within 24 hours of purchase. Assisted: a chat happened earlier in the journey. Widget-tracked: no chat, but the visitor saw the widget. Each tier has a credit weight you control. The dashboard shows gross attributed revenue versus credited revenue, so the whole picture is visible.

No false positives by design

Match requires the order to be at-or-after the lead-capture moment plus a 1-day grace window for same-session checkout. Manual lead-status decisions are never overwritten. The matcher is idempotent and auditable.
