The chat prompt is enriched so the bot answers in context: "this Maytag washer" instead of generic "a washer like that."

Product page enrichment

When a customer's page is a product detail page, the orchestrator pulls the full SKU record from the catalog: title, price, sale price, availability, expected arrival dates, technical specs, and AVB-curated add-ons. The bot answers questions like "is this in stock?" or "when will it arrive?" with real data.

Store-locator integration

Customers asking "is it on the floor near me?" get answered with the closest stores carrying the SKU plus their floor quantities — pulled from your AVB feed and the store-locations lat/lon table. Latitude-longitude based, no zip-table lookups.

Room visualization triggers

On product pages where the catalog has tagged the SKU as visualizable, the bot proactively offers an "upload a photo of your room" button. The customer goes from doubt to confidence in 15 seconds.
