Vectrant's AI room visualization lets customers upload a photo of their room and instantly see how a product from your catalog would look in their space. Powered by advanced image generation, the result is a photorealistic preview that matches the room's perspective, lighting, and scale.

How it works

While browsing products through the chat widget, customers tap "See it in my room" on any product card. They snap a photo of their room or upload an existing one. The AI analyzes the room layout, identifies where the product belongs, and generates a composite image showing the product naturally placed in the space.

Intelligent replacement

If the room already has a similar item — an old bed where a new bed should go, an existing refrigerator where a new one should be placed — the AI replaces the existing item with the new product in the same location. Everything else in the room stays exactly as it is: walls, floors, other furniture, decorations, and architectural features remain unchanged.

Works for furniture and appliances

Room visualization supports any product category in your catalog: beds, sofas, dining sets, dressers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and more. The AI adapts its approach based on the product type and room context.

Before and after comparison

Results include an interactive before/after slider. Customers drag a handle across the image to compare their original room with the AI-generated visualization. This makes the difference immediately obvious and helps drive purchase confidence.

Mobile and desktop

On mobile devices, customers can use their camera to take a photo directly. On desktop, they upload an existing image. The visualization renders at the original photo's aspect ratio and resolution — portrait photos stay portrait, landscape stays landscape.

No competitor offers this

Intercom, Zendesk, Ada, and generic chatbot platforms do not offer AI room visualization. This is a capability unique to Vectrant that directly drives conversion by reducing purchase uncertainty — especially for large items customers hesitate to buy sight unseen.
